  9. REMARKS:  When DOS is started up, either by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del or by
  10.           powering up, the command processor searches the root directory of the
  11.           drive it was started from for a file named AUTOEXEC.BAT.  If this
  12.           file is found, DOS automatically executes the commands contained
  13.           therein.  In that case, DOS does not prompt for entry of the current
  14.           date and time, unless the commands DATE and TIME are included in the
  15.           AUTOEXEC.BAT file.  This file, along with the configuration file
  16.           CONFIG.SYS, define any enhancements to the default system.
