  3. FUNCTION: Displays the current setting of the Read-Only file attribute or
  4.           allows the attribute to be set or reset.

  6. FORMAT:   ATTRIB [+R!-R] [d:][path]filename[.ext]

  8. TYPE:     DOS external command

  10. REMARKS:  +R sets the Read-Only attribute of the specified file and
  11.           -R resets the attribute. Global filename characters are allowed.
  12.           Entering only the file specification displays the current setting of
