  10.   As  with all software packages,  support is always needed.  We offer quite a 
  11.   few  ways for you to get support which are  outlined in this text file.  The 
  12.   best  way  to receive support is to start at #1  and work your way down  the 
  13.   list.

  16.   (1) LOCAL BBS - The  absolute BEST way to get support is to call The Mayor's 
  17.       Mansion  bbs at 703-665-3072.  We have a message and file base set up on 
  18.       this  system  for  supporting our ShareWare products.  The  most  recent 
  19.       version of our software will always be on this BBS.

  43.    INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTIES IN RUNNING OUR SOFTWARE

  46.   information at hand before you attempt one of the above actions.

  48.            (1) Version and Serial Number of the software you are using
  49.            (2) Any memory resident programs you are running
  50.            (3) Computer and Printer make and model
  51.            (4) DOS version being using
  52.            (5) An outline of exactely what is happening and when
  53.            (6) The contents of your AUTOEXEC.BAT file
  54.            (7) The contents of your CONFIG.SYS file
