  4.   This command is used to communicate with ghostships, starbases,
  5.      or enemy vessels you have captured with your troops.  You can
  6.      instruct them to fire their weapons, report on damage or status,
  7.      raise deflectors (ghostship only), change course, self destruct,
  8.      or, in the case of bases, plot bearings.
  9.
