(This includes your answers to the test questions.) * An updated copy of the Certification of Financial Responsibility worded and signed exactly as required in 280.107(b)(6). a GUARANTEE RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS * A copy of the Guarantee worded and signed exactly as required in the regulation Sec. 280.110(c). * A copy of the Chief Financial Officer's Letter. * A copy of the signed Standby Trust Fund Agreement and any amendments to it. * An updated copy of the Certification of Financial Responsibility worded and signed exactly as required in 280.107(b)(6). RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FOR COVERAGE BY A STATE FUND OR ìOTHER STATE ASSURANCE MECHANISM * A letter or certificate from the state describing how much responsibility the state assumes. * This letter or certificate must also include: o The name and address of the UST facility covered, and o The amount the amount the state will pay for corrective action and for compensating third parties.
