  56.   READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF  THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE
  57.   USING HYPERLOG. THE PRODUCT  IS  COPYRIGHTED  AND  BY USING THE  PRODUCT,
  58.   YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF
  59.   YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE  BOUND BY THE TERMS  OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT,
  60.   YOU SHOULD  NOT  USE THIS  PRODUCT.

  62.   1. SHAREWARE COPY.     You may use  a Shareware Copy of the Product in order
  63.    to determine whether  the  Product meets your needs  before  purchasing it.
  64.    If you have ordered a Registered Copy of  the  Product, you may continue to
  65.    use your Shareware Copy until your  Registered  Copy  or  the  registration
  66.    keycode arrives.

  68.   2. DISTRIBUTING SHAREWARE COPIES OF THE PRODUCT.    You may make  copies  of
  69.    your complete unregistered Shareware Copy of the Product to give to others,
  70.    however you may  not sell  Shareware Copies of  the  Product  for a  profit
  71.    (shareware distribution  companies may  charge their  normal  shipping  and
  72.    handling fees).   Please  also  note that  distribution  of  the  Shareware
  73.    Version of HYPERLOG  may only be through the normal shareware  distribution
  74.    channels as  a single  package.  You  MAY NOT  bundle shareware  copies  of
  75.    HYPERLOG with your freeware, shareware or commercial products  unless   you
  76.    obtain a special Shareware Distribution License from NON LIMIT.
  77.    Also, you may not: (a) distribute incomplete  versions of  the Product; (b)
  78.    ship incomplete versions  of  the  Product;  (c) defeat, or try to  defeat,
  79.    messages in the Product which encourage  users to register  their  software
  80.    or actively discourage user  registration  in  any  other way;  (d) reverse
  81.    translate or modify the program or parts of the program.

  83.   3. REGISTERED COPIES  OF  THE PRODUCT. When you receive a Registered Copy or
  84.    a registration  keycode  which   converts   the   Shareware  Version of the
  85.    Product into the  Full  Version you may make  copies of the  Product  which
  86.    are necessary for  normal  backup  purposes only. You agree not to make any
  87.    other copies of the software or any  part  of  them,  or  sell  or give any
  88.    copies or registration codes to others.  Also  you  agree  not  to  reverse
  89.    translate or modify the program or parts of the program.

  91.   4. LEGAL DISCLAIMER.    THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED _AS IS_  WITHOUT  WARRANTY
  92.    OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR  IMPLIED, INCLUDING,  BUT NOT LIMITED  TO,
