  1.      PM Clock is a copyrighted program of ASH Software, Inc.  ASH Software
  2.      provides this program on a royalty free basis for an individual's
  3.      personal use.  PM Clock can be distributed via individual copies to 
  4.      friends and colleagues, via bulletin boards, via online computer
  5.      services or via a shareware/freeware disk vendor provided no charge
  6.      is made beyond a nominal copying and handling charge and provided that
  7.      this notice is included.  PM Clock, nor any part therof, may be 
  8.      included with any other product nor can it be offered as an incentive
  9.      to purchase any other product without the express written consent of
  10.      ASH Software, Inc.

  12.      To use PM Clock, copy the program to your hard disk.  You may want
  13.      to copy the program to a directory included in your "path".  It is
  14.      recommended that you use

  16.           START pmclock

  18.      to run the program.  Once running, the program can be dragged to any
  19.      desired location on the screen.  Options can be set by double clicking
  20.      on the clock and setting/clearing the desired options.  The options
  21.      and location for PM Clock can be saved by selecting the "Save..."
  22.      menu from the "Desktop" menu of the "Desktop Manager".  The values 
  23.      are saved in the "OS2.INI" file.  Whenever the program is started,
  24.      the values stored in "OS2.INI" are read and used to initialize the
  25.      program.

  28.      such as PMFDU.  This is a shareware program which is a collection of
  29.      OS/2 utility programs for managing disks and diskettes.  This program
