  15.         Receive a customized, full-function copy of SDE on diskette from
  16.         SysteMAX Corp.

  18.         A legal right to copy the SDE system to any number of work-
  19.         stations up to the number specified below.
  20.  
  21.         Receive notification of all future releases of SDE, and any
  22.         announcements of additional SysteMAX OS/2 development tools.

  24.     Enclose your check or money order (U.S. funds) made payable to
  25.     "SysteMAX Corp.", and mail the completed form and registration fee
  26.     to the address above.

  78.     This is a license for use of the SysteMAX Development Environment
  79.     software within your company or goverment agency, and is not
  80.     transferable.  This license allows internal use and copying of the
  81.     software for as many workstations as contracted for.  Distributing,
  82.     repackaging, or reselling of the software to third parties is not
  83.     allowed.  All licenses are prepaid.

  85.     SysteMAX Corp. hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
  86.     software, whether express or implied, including without limitation
  87.     any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  88.     particular purpose.  SysteMAX Corp. will not be liable for any
  89.     special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due
  90.     to loss of data or any other reason, even if SysteMAX or an agent of
  91.     SysteMAX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no
  92.     event shall SysteMAX Corp.'s liability for any damages ever exceed
  93.     the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of
  94.     the form of the claim.  The person using the software bears all risk
  95.     as to the quality and performance of the software.
