  65.     Environment software on a single workstation.  Distributing,
  66.     repackaging, or reselling of the software to third parties is not
  67.     allowed.  All licenses are prepaid.

  69.     SysteMAX Corp. hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
  70.     software, whether express or implied, including without limitation
  71.     any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  72.     particular purpose.  SysteMAX Corp. will not be liable for any
  73.     special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due
  74.     to loss of data or any other reason, even if SysteMAX or an agent of
  75.     SysteMAX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no
  76.     event shall SysteMAX Corp.'s liability for any damages ever exceed
  77.     the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of
