- Installing the IBM* Internet Connection for OS/2* is simple. When you insert
- the first Internet Connection for OS/2 diskette in your diskette drive and type
- a:\install, the Install Internet Connection for OS/2 window is displayed.

- 1. On this window, specify the drive and directory to which you want to
- install the Internet Connection for OS/2. The drive you select should have
- at least 10.5Mb of free space. The default is C:\TCPIP.

- Warning: DO NOT install the Internet Connection for OS/2 over an existing
- TCP/IP. The Internet Connection for OS/2 will not coexist with other
- LAN-based TCP/IP programs.

- 2. After you have specified the drive, select the Install push button. A
- second window is displayed. This window contains a listbox, which displays
- the names of the files as they are being installed, and a progress
- indicator, which shows the percentage of completion for the installation.
