  6. This external command lets a language outside the USA be typed on the keyboard.
  7. It should be installed by an INSTALL=KEYB line in the CONFIG.SYS file (in DOS
  8. 4.0), or executed once early in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file (before other commands
  9. that use or redefine the keyboard). See the NEW_TERMS CODE_PAGE CODES topic for
  10. keyboard layout codes, default code pages, and 101-key keyboard id codes. The
  11. command KEYB with no options will list the current settings.

  13. xx specifies the keyboard layout of the keyboard.

  15. yyy specifies the code page to use, if the default is not appropriate.

  17. filename[.ext] specifies the keyboard definition file. KEYBOARD.SYS is the
  18.     default. A keyboard definition file contains a table to translate each
  19.     key or combination of keys on the keyboard into an entry in the code page
  20.     used for the keyboard.
