  6. Hello and welcome to PowWow, the Internet Personal Communicator!

  8. PowWow Version 3.7 provides new installation cue cards to help
  9. both new and experienced users set up PowWow even faster and
  10. easier than before.  In addition, we have added a menu bar to
  11. the Group Chat window in Communities to make it easier to
  12. access your favorite options.  For more information, please refer
  13. to the WHATSNEW.TXT and HISTORY.TXT files in your PowWow directory.

  16. NOTE:  PowWow uses the 32-bit Common Controls library to create many
  17.        of the dialog boxes and windows you see.  If you have an older
  18.        version of the COMCTL32.DLL file PowWow may not be able to draw
  19.        these correctly and will cause a general protection fault as a 
  20.        result.

  22.        In order to use PowWow, you must have Version 4.70 or later of
  23.        the COMCTL32.DLL file.  Version 4.70 of the COMCTL32.DLL file is
  24.        dated August 8, 1996, 8:30PM with a size of 310,544 bytes.

  27.        If you have an older version, you need to install the latest version 
  28.        of the COMCTL32.DLL file.  If is available for download from
