- SYSOP ONLY FUNCTIONS
- --------------------
- ! - Validate User. This command will prompt for a username/number and will
- go about editing the user's statistics (SL/TSL/AR/TAR/RES).
- $ - Sysop Chat Status. This will toggle the avilablility of the sysop for
- chat purposes.
- B - Board Editor. This will edit the message subsystem. NOTE: BE SURE TO
- EXECUTE A 'NEW-SCAN RESET' FOLLOWING ANY CHANGES TO THE SYSTEM'S
- MESSAGE BASE.
- C - Configure System. This will allow the system configuration utility to
- be executed.
- D - DOS Shell. This will allow access to DOS.
- G - General Files Editor. This will edit the general files subsystem.
- I - Infoform Read. This will allow one to read user infoforms according to
- username/number.
- M - Mail (GLOBAL) Read. This will allow you to read all the private mail on
- the system.
- P - Program/Door Editor. This will allow you to edit the program/door
- subsystem.
- R - Reboot Computer. This will allow you to warm-boot the system.
- S - Switch Users. This will allow you to "switch" to a user (become that
- user) with a temporary SL of 255.
- T - Transfer Editor. This will allow you to edit the transfer subsystem.
- U - User Editor. This will allos you to edit the individual users on the
- system.

- CO-SYSOP/SYSOP FUNCTIONS
- ------------------------
- @ - Assimilate Votes. Collects the voting booth data into VOTING.TXT, and
- the sysop has the option to view it following the compilation.
- ? - Menu. Prints the menu corresponding to the area of the system.
- A - Ascii Text Editor. Allows you to edit a text file with a simple editor.
- E - Edit Any File. Allows you to edit a text file in a directory other than
- the BBS root and textfiles directories.
- F - Freshen Data/Users. This will update the user's file and system's data
- from deleted users and old data.
- L - Logfiles. This will allow you to see the system log files; Today's,
- Yesterday's, Network Log, and the Zlog (compiled logfile).
- N - New-Scan Users Reset. IMPORTANT FUNCTION: Resets the new-scan pointers
- of the users on the system. It will prompt for the last user number to
- reset (this should be the highest user number of the users on your
- system).
- O,/O - Outta Here. Option to log-off from the sysop menu.
- Q - Quit. Quits the sysop menu and returns to the main menu.
- V - Voting Editor. Allows you to change the voting questions.
- W - Workspace Load. Allows you to load a textfile on the system into the
- editing workspace for insertion to a message/letter.
- X - Xpert/Novice Toggle. Toggles menu after each command is issued.
- Z - Zystem Ztatz. Prints simple system statistics such as number of users,
- activity, and date/time functions.
