  1. DISCLAIMER

  3.     This is a PRIVATE system, under federal law, the sysop(s) are the sole
  4. proprietors to this "institution" and this system is legally PRIVATE PROPERTY
  5. owned by these sysop(s). Consequently, ANY effort, however small, to enter
  6. this system using any method either legal or illegal will automatically
  7. bind the person/persons attempting to log on or logging on to the following
  8. conditions. One does not have a choice to the disclaimer, either you
  9. agree with it and log on, are you disagree and log off. Any other attempts
  10. will be considered trespassing or an equivalent to malicious hacking, which
  11. can be and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

  13.     A) The sysops, co-sysops, and users of this system will not be held
  14.         responsible for ANY of the material, in messages, mail, files, or
  15.         other data, for their content or ownership, whether legal
  16.         or illegal, and their validity for any purpose. The sysop(s) and
  17.         co-sysop(s) will not be held accountable for the actions of
  18.         the users preceding, during, and following the user's contact
  19.         with this system.

  21.     B) Private electronic mail is not 100% private. The sysop(s) may at
  22.         any time read this "private" mail and other users with sysop
  23.         access may be allowed access to this mail.

  25.     C) Users with accounts automatically agree NOT to share their passwords
  26.         with ANY person, persons, or groups of people.

  28.     D) Any information gathered on this system cannot be used against
  29.         the sysop(s), co-sysop(s), and users of this system in a court
  30.         of law.

  32.     E) Anyone involved, affiliated, related, or passing information to
  33.         or willing to do any of the previous stated actions, with
  34.         any type of criminal investigation, security, computer fraud,
  35.         law enforcement, or undercover agency MUST state their presence
  36.         in mail to the sysop(s), leaving a voice number they can be
  37.         contacted at; until contacted and informed to do so by the sysop(s)
  38.         of this system, these individuals must refrain from using this
  39.         system from ANY other purpose other than mailing the sysop(s).
