- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 ea Butter - size of walnut
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- Salt - a pinch
- Allspice - to taste
- Cloves - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Take half-grown green tomato. Peel and cut very thin. For 2 crust pie.
- Bake in slow oven.

- Note: Slice tomato into unbaked shell, combine ingredients and pour
- over tomato. Top pie with pastry.
