- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 3 cup Rhubarb - cut fine
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 1/8 tsp Salt

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Mix sugar and flour, add beaten yolks, rhubarb. Place mixture in
- unbaked crust and bake. Make merigue with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff,
- 6 T. sugar. Pile on baked pie, brown in oven.
