- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg

- Mix together and pour in an unbaked pie crust. This filling appears to
- be very thin, but in baking it quickly thickens.

- Note: No time or temperature given. Bake as for custard, starting at
- 450 F. for 10 minutes, the lower temperature to 325 F. until done.
