- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter - melted
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 1 ea Lemon - juice - grated rind
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour - rounded
- 2 ea Egg whites - beaten stiff

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Mix sugar and flour, add butter, egg yolks and milk, stir smooth, add
- lemon and fold in stiffly beaten whites last. Bake in unbakes crust 15
- minutes with oven at 450 F., then at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until
- done.
