- 1 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Water - cold
- 2 cup Cranberries
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Make syrup of sugar and water, add cranberries, cook until they stop
- popping. Cool, mix flour, salt and egg yolks, add to berries and
- simmer 3 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Make meringue of the
- whites.
