- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 3 ea Eggs - slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 cup Milk - scalded
- 1 cup Cocoanut - shredded

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Line a pie plate with pastry rolled an 1/8 inch beyond edge. Fold edge
- back to form a standing rim and flute with fingers. Combine eggs,
- sugar and salt, add milk, cocoanut, and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie
- shell. Bake in hot oven 450 F. 20 minutes.
