- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 Tbsp Gelatine
- 1/3 cup Water
- 4 ea Egg yolks
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 ea Egg whites - beaten stiff

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Soak gelatine in water. Cook egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and lemon juice
- in double boiler until thick. Add gelatine mixture and beat well, add
- 1/2 c. sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites, combine with first mixture.
- Put in baked shell and chill. May be served with whipped cream.
