- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Pineapple - crushed
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 ea Egg yolks
- Salt
- 2 ea Egg whites - stiffly beaten

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Put sugar, pineapple and water in top of double boiler. Mix flour, egg
- yolks and salt with enough water to make a thick paste. Add to double
- boiler and cook until thick. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and
- fill 9-inch baked pie shell. Place in refrigerator several hours.
- Serve with whipped cream.
