- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 cup Milk - sweet
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 ea Eggs

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Cook till thick, add 2 egg yolks beaten to this mixture. Cook until
- eggs are cooked. Make meringue of egg whites.

- Note: Combine first 5 ingredients to cook. THEN add the 2 yolks and
- cook until done. Pour into prepared, baked, graham or pastry lined pie
- pan. Pile merigue on top and brown in hot oven.
