- 1 cup Pineapple - crushed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Let come to boil in double boiler. Add 2 1/2 t. cornstarch moistened
- with a little cold water, cook until thick. Cool and add 2 egg whites
- beaten well. Put in pie shell (already baked) and cover with whipped
- cream.
