- 3 ea Egg whites
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Water

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Beat whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff but not dry. Add
- sugar, vinegar and water, beat. Put in Pyrex pie plate, bake one hour
- very slowly. Fill with fresh fruit, topp with whipped cream or fille
- with ice cream.
