  15.        1/2      ea    Lemon - juice                                     
  16.                       Salt - a few grains                               
  17.        1 1/2    cup   Applesauce                                        
  18.        1/2      cup   Cocoanut                                          
  19.        2        ea    Egg whites - beaten

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Dissolve marshmallows in heated applesauce, add rest of ingredients,  
  24.     stir and place in refrigerator to chill. Vanilla may be used instead  
  25.     of lemon juice.
