- 1 can Apricots - large can
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 ea Juice - of one lemon
- 1 pt Whipped cream

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Make syrup of sugar and water. Add apricots which have been rubbed
- through sieve. Add lemon juice and whipped cream. Freeze in trays.
- Serves 8 to 10.
