- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 2 1/2 qt Milk
- 10 Tbsp Flour
- 3 3/4 cup Sugar
- 4 ea Egg yolks
- 2 cup Cream - heavy
- 4 tsp Vanilla

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Scald milk, stirring constantly. Mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and pint
- of milk to gelatine. Pour into hot milk. Boil until it thickens. When
- cold add cream, flavoring and last egg whites. Freeze.

- Note: Ingredients did not call for gelatine. Assume 1 oz unflavored
- gelatine.
