This filter emphasizes the picture edges.
This filter emphasizes the edges by brightening them; it is effectively the opposite of shading. This filter can cause noise to stand out because of this, as well as causing discoloration of
skin tones; however, it can greatly improve the sharpness of animations.

- Scroll Bar
- Use the scroll bar to select where in the film to preview the filter effects
Horizontal- Set the intensity of the edge filter in the horizontal.
Vertical- Set the intensity of the edge filter in the vertical.
Field Base- Check this to include sharpening the field edges. This needs to be enabled for interlaced movies.
Enable filter- Apply the filter to the preview frame.
"Default" Button- Return all of the settings to the defaults.
"OK" Button- Close the window and save the new settings.
"Cancel" Button- Close the window and discard any changes.
