Find local dental practices
	BDA - Find a Dentist The British Dental Association provide this excellent, easy to use service that makes finding a dentist in your area simple. You can select a range from your home within which to find a dentists as well as specifying the type of services you require.
	Dental Net UK - Dentist Finder Here you can find a dentist in your area by using your postcode, town or the name of a particular dentist. It is not as comprehensive as it could be but there is are an increasing number of dentists advertising here so you may well find something useful.
	NHS Local Services This site allows you to locate your local NHS services, including GP surgeries, dental practices, opticians and walk in centres in your area. Searching is very easy and the site also contains links to the rest of the increasingly excellent NHS site.

	Net Doctor - Oral Health This is the oral health section of the excellent Net Doctor site. It provides articles and information about many of the common questions concerning dentistry, oral health and related issues. Always informative and well laid out.
	NHS Direct This is the interactive section of the NHS website that can help you to find a range of information and advice. There is a health encyclopedia, a self-help guide to illness, a health living section and a database of searchable information about the NHS.
	Patient - Dental Health This site is maintained and edited by two GPs and consequently the quality if the web links and information that they provide is of a consistently high quality. This is the dental health section that contains links to some of the best internet resources.
	Word of Mouth An independent dental health site provided by a number of leading professional dental health organisations in the UK. It provides expert advice on all oral health and dentistry issues. You can either ask a specific question or browse through the archive.
