Web pages can be of any size, but generally people try to keep them manageable. This feature allows Splash! to do just that, in that you can have each and every page using the same width dimensions. Splash! has 3 viewing modes, they are 640, 800, 1024 which all relate to the width of the project to be displayed in the browser. This means that you can see just how your page looks under different circumstances. Normal Mode (or Edit Mode), is the default mode of Splash! This mode, allows you to make use of all the Splash! editing features. Hypertext Mode allows you to test your hyperlinks, without actually having to preview your page. In this mode you can not edit your project at all, you can simply click on your hyperlinks and Splash! will take you to that point in your project. A Hyperlink is a pointer in one part of a document that transports you to another part of the same document or even to another document entirely. Hyperlinks are also called links. At any time, Splash! allows you to preview you work in progress. This is done by using either the preview button at the top of the screen, or through the pull-down menu.
