This button is used to rotate the entire image or a selected area off the image 90, 180, or 270 degrees to the left or right. The area exposed by the rotation is filled with Color B.
The rotate button will operate on the entire image by default. To rotate an area inside of the image, use the Selection Frame to select the area before performing the rotation.
