NetMeeting focuses on providing standards-based real-time audio, video, and data collaboration to enable groups of people to work together. If you want to add conferencing functionality, including data collaboration, to your application, the NetMeeting SDK will provide you with the support and information you need.
TAPI 3.0 will provide developers the ability to add multicast H.323-based audio and video to their applications. If you want to add Internet telephony functionality to an existing TAPI application, the TAPI 3.0 interfaces are the best solution for you.
