CAMRA has another publication just for you. In a series of small, cheap local guides, CAMRA attempts to cover pretty well every pub carrying proper beer (which means most of them now). The entries are short and pithy, but you can get a quick idea of the variety of pubs available in a place you're visiting by picking up the local guide.
