This section provides a complete reference of various tools, colour palettes, operations in BlackMagic.

BlackMagic options are accessible through various menus, panels, and dialog boxes. Some options are self explanatory; most have "popup help", which means that if you want a brief description of an item, simply pause you mouse on that item momentarily. If the popup help disappears too soon, move the mouse to another area, then back on to the item, to bring it up again.

Detailed information on any item may be accessed by visiting this section, then clicking on a sub-topic. The reference topics are divided into the following sections:
