When you detect a threat that is currently active in the system, a message will pop up prompting you to run a special extended treatment procedure.

When you run the treatment procedure, the threat will be deleted, and registry key entries and startup objects will be scanned for traces of viruses. After this procedure, you will need to restart your computer.

After restarting your computer, we recommend running a full virus scan.

To start the extended treatment procedure, close all applications and click OK in the notification window. If you do not want to run the treatment procedure, click Cancel.
