Locking

Locking is extremely simple. All you have to do is remember two easy steps:

1. Enter a password in the Password field.
2. Click Lock

SecureIt Pro does the rest.

If Keydisk is enabled, then you will need to have a blank (preferably) floppy disk inserted into the first removable drive in your computer - normally A:\ drive.

If Keydisk is enabled, and ONLY Keydisk is selected, then the main interface will appear like:

Here the locking procedure is extremely simple as well. Follow two easy steps:

1. Insert a blank floppy disk
2. Click the Keydisk button

SecureIt Pro will search for the floppy and write the 'key' to it. Take it out of the drive once you are finished - remember, it is your 'key' to the computer.
