pdf_open_png ( int pdf, string png_file)
Funkce pdf_open_png() function opens an image stored
in the file with the name filename.
The format of the image has to be png. The function returns a pdf
image identifier.
Poznßmka: This function shouldn't be used anymore. Please use
the function pdf_open_image_file() instead.
