pdf_open_gif -- Opens a GIF image

pdf_open_gif ( int pdf document, string filename)
Funkce pdf_open_gif() function opens an image stored
in the file with the name filename.
The format of the image has to be gif. The function returns a pdf
image identifier.
Poznßmka: This function shouldn't be used anymore. Please use
the function pdf_open_image_file() instead.
