Learn about the Monthly Report

The Monthly Report is a summary of your financial situation prepared at the end of every month. A reminder on the Money Home screen notifies you when the report is ready.

The Monthly Report includes the following sections:

• Spending Compares your spending habits over the last two months.
• Net Worth Shows you how this month affected your long-term financial plans.
• Advisor FYI Lists all advice you were given that month.
• Investment Performance Summarizes your investment gains and losses for the month.
• Potential Problems with your Account Notifies you if there are gaps in sequence in the Account Register or if a check still hasn't cleared the bank in over 60 days.
• Upcoming Financial Events Displays a list of non-monthly scheduled expenses and upcoming financial events, such as tax time and holiday shopping.
• Income Tax Shows if you're keeping up with taxes due.

You can navigate through the report by clicking entries in the left pane. Or to print the report, click the File menu and then click Print.

If you see a magnifying glass with a plus sign in it when you move the cursor over a figure in the Monthly Report, you can double-click to see a list of the transactions (Deposits, transfers, purchases, withdrawals, or other actions you enter in an account.) that make up that number.
