You can update price information for investments and indexes either manually with price information youÆve retrieved from a newspaper or by using online quotes. You must have already set up online quotes to update the prices online.
To update prices manually:
1 On the
navigation bar (The strip at the top of the Money screen where you can click to go to the different areas in Money.), click
Investments.
2 In the left pane, click Investments to Watch.
3 Click Update Price at the bottom of the screen.
4 In the Investment list box, click the investment you want to update.
5 In the Date field, enter the date.
6 In the Price field, enter the market price for the date you've entered.
7 Click Update, and then click Close.
To update prices using online quotes:
1 On the
navigation bar (The strip at the top of the Money screen where you can click to go to the different areas in Money.), click
Investments.
2 In the left pane, click Investments to Watch.
3 Click Online Quotes.
YouÆll see a list of all the investments youÆre tracking in Money, including investments and indexes in Investments to Watch.
4 Check the investment or index for which you want the latest price.
5 Click Call at the top of the window.
Money will connect online and retrieve the latest price quote information for all the investments and indexes youÆve selected. You might be asked to start your Internet Service Provider in order to make the online connection.
