Bills & Deposits has been greatly expanded and enhanced in Money 99. It has grown from a single screen where you perform a range of tasks, to several different places designed to help you manage your recurring bills and deposits (Payments, deposits, transfers, or investment purchases that are set up in Bills & Deposits to occur with a specific frequency. Upcoming instances of these transactions appear in the Pay Bills place.) more effectively:

• Welcome Introduces you to the Bills & Deposits place and lets you take a multimedia tour.
• Balance Forecast Shows you how your balance will change over time given your currently scheduled bills and deposits.
• Bill Calendar Lets you see where your upcoming bills and deposits will fall, and when your past bills & deposits were recorded.
• Pay Bills Displays a list of your upcoming bills and deposits and lets you edit and record them in your Account Register.
• Recently Paid Bills Shows you all of the scheduled bills and deposits you have recorded within the past 60 days with their current status.
• Set up Bills & Deposits Lists all of the recurring transactions you have scheduled in Money and lets you add, edit, and delete them.
• E-bills Introduces you to electronic bills (E-bills (Bills you receive and pay over the Internet. Same as electronic bill.)), lets you sign up to receive them, and log on to get them from the Web. You can use E-bills instead of getting and paying your bills through the mail.

Many of the enhancements to the Bills & Deposits place in Money 99 are the result of a new distinction between a scheduled recurring transaction and the individual occurrences of the transaction that are entered into the Account Register. This distinction allows you to change an upcoming bill or deposit without having to change all future occurrences of that bill or deposit.
