A home equity report will show you the market value of your house, less the amount you owe on it. Home equity represents the amount of your money that's "tied up" in your house.
1 On the
navigation bar (The strip at the top of the Money screen where you can click to go to the different areas in Money.), click
Reports.
2 In the left pane, click What I Have.
3 Double-click Net Worth.
4 If you see a chart, at the bottom of the screen, click
Report
.

3 In the Customize Report dialog box, click the Account tab, and then click Clear All.
4 In the list, check the boxes next to the asset account associated with your home loan as well as your home loan account.
5 Click the Rows & Columns tab, and then clear any values in the Combine all values under _ % of total field.
6 Uncheck the Sort by amount option, if checked, and in the Level of details section, click Accounts.
7 Click Apply to see your home equity report.
