Change the status of an upcoming bill or deposit
Why change transaction status?
To help you track your recurring bills and deposits (Transactions that are set up in Bills & Deposits to occur with specific frequencies. Upcoming instances of these transactions appear in the Pay Bills place.). For example, by marking transactions as Received in Money when you get them (either in the mail or online), youÆll be able to tell at a glance which ones you have and which ones youÆre still waiting for.
All other status states are set automatically by Money.
What if I donÆt see the transaction in the list?
Its due date may fall outside the displayed date range. To change this date range, click the down-arrow next to the View menu at the top of the list and select a new one.
What if there is no entry in the status column?
A blank status entry means that the transaction is upcoming but has not been modified in any way. This is the default status state.
