Image in Thumbnails Window

    Before you open an image file, you can preview it in Thumbnail Window. Click to open an Album, the thumbnails of all the images in the current Album will be shown in the Thumbnail Window (you have to choose Thumbnail mode from View Selections pop-up menu View Selections on PhotoFamily Toolbar).

Operations with Image

  • Click: Select the image. When an image is selected, there should be a light green frame around it.
  • Double-Click: Shift to Image View/SlideShow interface.
  • Right-Click: Pop up a menu with the following items:
    1. View ---- Shift to Image View/SlideShow interface, thus you can view the image in Full Screen.
    2. Export ---- Save an alternate version of current file in a different directory.
    3. Edit ---- Shift to PhotoEdit interface, so that you can edit the image.
    4. Print ---- Print the image.
    5. Copy ---- Copy the image to PhotoFamily Clipboard.
    6. Cut ---- Move the image to PhotoFamily Clipboard.
    7. Paste ---- Paste the PhotoFamily Clipboard content into current Album.
    8. Delete ---- Remove the image to Recycle Bin.
    9. Convert All ---- Convert the currently selected image file(s) to another file format. To learn more details, please click here.
    10. Rename ---- Change the file name of the image.
    11. Add Music ---- You can either appoint an existing music file to the current image as Image Music, or Record a new music file to apply to the image.

    Image Properties

        In the main UI, select Property in the pop-up menu after right-click an image, or select an image and click Properties on the PhotoFamily Toolbar, you will enter Image Properties dialog:

        Name item shows the image name; Type item shows the image file format; Size item shows the image file size; Date item shows the creation date of the image file; Location item shows wherer the image file is in your computer; if you appoint a music file to current image as its image music, the music file name will be shown at Image Music item. You can add personal information to the image in the Note text-area.

        You can press OK to save the changes you have made and close the dialog; or press Cancel to close the dialog without saving changes.
