Introduction to Timeout

Timeout is a simple application for 3Com's Palm Computing platform. Timeout gives you daily reminders/alarms at a random time. It can help you take a 'Timeout' from your daily routine. This can be very useful if you work in a high stress environment and would like something to jolt you out of your tunnel vision, for even a minute.

There are a number of customisations available:

• text: allows you to set a reminder text message.
• between: allows you to set a range of times within which the random reminder will fall.
• next: shows the next selected reminder time, clicking the selector will calculate another random time between the ranges.
• enabled: can be used to enable/disable reminders.
• audible: if true an alarm sound is used when signalling a reminder.
