When editing the notes for an event, the following form is displayed:
You can edit the note on this screen in the same way you can edit any field. When you are done, click the Done button and you will be returned to the Edit Reminder form for this event.
If you wish to delete this note, but not the reminder event itself, click on the Delete... button. When you do, you are asked to confirm the deletion by the following dialog:
If you click the Yes button, the note will be deleted and you'll be returned to the Edit Reminder form.
Notes Editing, like the Edit Reminder form, has two menus. The first is the standard Pilot Edit menu:
As in the Edit Reminder form, the items on this menu act the same as they do in any Pilot application.
The second menu is the Options menu:
The Go to Top of Page and Go to Bottom of Page will move the input selection to the start or end of the note.
The Phone Lookup... item will take the currently selected text, try to find that text in the Pilot's built-in Address book and return a more complete text string. For example, if you had my name in your address book, entered and selected "Steve Kienle" in the event description field, then when you selected the Phone Lookup... menu item, that selected text would be replaced with "Steve Kienle sckienle@worldnet.att.net".
The Export Reminder... menu item acts just like the Export Reminder... menu item on the Edit Reminder screen.
The About Reminder... item brings up the About Reminder form.
