the password of any users through MailCenter(to change the passwords of NT users, you

please select the user to change password first, and
press right mouse button, a popup menu will appear like
following picture, and please select "Change Password" |
Change
Forwarding Address |
You can have all messages
to one mailbox transfer to another email address. For
example, if there is a mailbox named "john",
you can set the forwarding email address to "user@domain.com", then all the messages sent to
"john" originally will be re-sent to "user@domain.com".
The procedure is quite the
same as change password, just select "Modify Forward To Address", and the dialog box as
following picture will appear. Please enter the
destination email address in the dialog box. If you want
to disable forwarding function, just leave it in blank
and press OK.
If you wants to
forward messages to lots of mailboxes, please create
a mailing list, forward all
messages to the list, then all the members of the mailing
list will be able to receive those messages.

Capacity
Limitation |
You can limit the total
size of all the messages of any user, for example, if you
limit the total size of john to 10240 bytes, when a new
message come to john and his mailbox is already full, the
new message will be rejected and returned to the sender. |
Enable/Disable
User |
The 3rd column of the
user list shows enabled mailboxes with check marks and
cross marks for disabled mailboxes. If a mailbox has been
disabled, he can neither receive any more messages nor
download messages with POP3 clients. However, once a
mailbox is disabled, messages belong to him won't be
deleted. After the mailbox is enabled, he can download
and receive messages again. |
Import from
File |
If you wants to create
mailboxes for a hugh number of users, you can write all
their names and passwords in a text file, and ask
MailCenter to create mailboxes according to the text
file. The format of the text file is:
username1
password1
username2 password2
