Psion Siena is an accomplished solo performer; yet it also communicates with other Sienas via an infrared data transfer system and to PCs and printers on-board RS232 serial communications port. Siena screen

IrDA compliant infrared data transfer allows you to exchange information with other Sienas (or the Series 3c).

Just line up the infrared ports of the two machines and press 'Send' or 'Receive': information may be transferred over a distance of up to one metre.

With the free infrared printer drivers Siena can also beam documents to infrared printers. See the Downloads area.
