Blur and Blur More (obsolete)

These effects are replaced by the After Effects Fast Blur effect.

These effects produce an out-of-focus effect by eliminating noise in the parts of each frame where significant color transitions occur. The Blur effect has a subtle effect, suitable for high-resolution clips. The Blur More effect produces an effect three to four times stronger than the Blur effect and is more suitable for lower-resolution clips.
